- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Preheat your kitchen oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add soft butter and brown sugar to a bowl. Add white sugar to the same big bowl. Beat the butter and sugar with your mixer. Cream them together until light and very fluffy.
